Looking for hands-on experience as volunteer crew
Hi – I’m new to Crewbay and looking for hands-on experience as a volunteer crew member. I'm currently based in Germany (Montenegro) and preparing for my skipper license, with a goal of sailing across Europe and eventually crossing the Atlantic.
I’m especially interested in technical learning: deck work, maintenance, navigation, and seamanship. I'm practical, reliable, learn fast, and open to any job on board – from cleaning and repairs to cooking and night watches.
I’d love to join a boat where I can be useful while learning from experienced sailors. My dream is to grow into a capable offshore skipper and contribute to meaningful journeys.
