Stew/Deck or Cook position 2025-2026
Hi there!
I'm a super enthusiastic crew member that is interested in finding a deckhand position to continue to fine tune my boating and sailing skills. More than happy to do some deliveries and crossings as well!
While I’m not at the helm, I enjoy my work as a cook/stew on charters, and I have completed two yachting seasons in the Mediterranean as a hostess cooking/cleaning for groups of 8-10 and learning the ropes (literally). Some of my food pictures are on my profile if you’d like to take a look.

- ENG1
- STCW BS
- First aid & CPR/AED
- Day skipper license
- ICC (Power/Sail)
- VHF (SRC) license
- Food Hygiene and Safety Level II

An Easy Ten Days
Karmela spent around ten days sailing in the Bahamas with me and helping bring the boat to Georgetown before moving on to a position on a charter vessel in the Caribbean. She is quick to learn, attentive and always ready to pitch in. She is tidy, clean, down to earth and very easy going. I enjoyed having Karmela onboard and would be glad to have her come back.
