German couple looking for an unpayed Novice Crew position in March (01.03.2026 - 05.04.2026)
Hi!
We are Caro and Ferdi from Germany.
We are looking for any chance to go sailing to build up experience and collect miles for our license in March 2026. We are based in Germany and can travel to most locations.
We are hard workers, absolutely weatherproof and fast learners. We are very easy going, love a simple lifestyle and don't need any luxuries.
Our dream is to sail the world and own our own sailing boat in the near future.
Since we live far from the sea, we learned sailing on a tiny open keelboat on a lake (two courses in 2025 by a licensed sailing school).
We are an adventurous couple and we`ve been together for over 6 years. We love mountaineering, surfing, diving and climbing among many other activities.
We have travelled many months together, especially in Latin America. We often worked different volunteering jobs, e.g. in Chile we helped a family to repair their self built ketch, mainly grinding paint off the hull while living on the boat.
