Just retired engineer looking for passage making opportunities

Hi - just joined crew bay and just retired. :) Looking to help on passages.

Generally competent and laid back person. I have my own 30 foot sailboat in the San Francisco bay, actively race (on other people boats), and am a casual weekend sailor on my own boat.

I have dreamed of doing the puddle jump for decades, so it's my number one choice - but open to anything.
