Looking for a Deckhand position

My name is Caetano Massa, I am 27 years old, and I am currently based in Mallorca with immediate availability. I am actively looking for a Deckhand position (daywork, seasonal, or permanent) on motor or sailing yachts.
Qualifications & Credentials:
• Valid STCW 2010 & ENG1 Medical Certificate
• Certified Lifeguard
• Degree in Physical Education
• Hands-on experience operating recreational boats
• EU Passport (Legal right to work in Europe)
• Native Spanish & Conversational English
I am an active, highly motivated, and hardworking team player ready to hit the ground running. I am fully prepared to assist with deck maintenance, watchkeeping, line handling, tender driving, and supporting overall crew operations.
