Looking for a Mile building or Competent Crew position

Ahoy! I'm currently sailing in the south of Italy. I am interested in finding a position as a Mile building or Competent Crew. With over 4000 NM and a Transat (West to East), I would like to find a boat that is going from the Canaries / Cape Verde to Martinique ideally (I am flexible).

I have no time constraints other than being in Martinique by Christmas.
