Couple looking to be crew members
Hi there!
My boyfriend and I are currently living and working in Greece as flotilla skippers and are looking to score an Atlantic crossing this winter — on the ARC, a private yacht, delivery, or anything similar.
He is 38, Yachtmaster with 2,500+ miles logged, including 600nm blue water deliveries, ENG1, first aid, VHF, radar and meteorology. Me, I am 33, a Day Skipper with solid sailing experience.
We’re both experienced hospitality professionals, restaurant owners and chef-trained, so we’re very comfortable cooking, provisioning, keeping things organised and generally pulling our weight on board.
We’re easy-going, sociable and practical, and are looking to properly contribute to a boat and crew rather than simply be passengers. We’re happy to travel wherever needed and obtain any additional tickets or qualifications required along the way.
We also have a gorgeous, well-travelled adventure cat who has lived aboard before, if a boat is happy to have her along!
