Looking for a Chef position
I’m currently working as the sole chef aboard the yacht Lucy Mary, catering for around 8–10 guests and 5 crew. I’ve also worked aboard Elizabeth G with Hebrides Cruises, and before moving into yachting I worked as a Senior Sous Chef in a Michelin-accredited fine dining restaurant in Leeds.
I’m confident with menu planning, provisioning, dietary requirements, guest interaction and working independently in a small galley. I’m comfortable producing fresh, varied food for both guests and crew and adapting menus to the style of the trip.
I’m available from 1 November 2026 and would be very interested in discussing the role and the planned charter programme.
