Looking for a Competent Crew or Mile building position
I don't like the number assigned to me, 71. It is irrelevant! I am in excellent health, 178 cm tall and 76 kilos. My views and attitude are those of somebody 20 years younger. I play and work hard. Financially stable, married, wife doesn't like to sail. Willing to do any and everything on a sailboat.
I do smoke but am willing to do lozenges while on board.
I have worked as a rigger, electronics installer, mechanic, delivery captain, home builder, computer programmer and arborist.
My first love is paragliding then sailing. I am switching from paragliding during the winter months of November to April in south America to sailing. I am willing to fly anywhere. Prefer the south pacific, Australia or Asia.
Look forward to all the adventures of sailing, meeting new people, going to new places and being in a warm climate. Dealing with MURPHYS law, if something can happen it will. Being on a sailboat requires flexibility, broad base of knowledge, patience, kindness and the ability to do anything at anytime. I feel as if I have all those qualities.
