Looking for a Novice Crew or Voluntary work position

Hi - I'm a 19 years old that traveled South America for the last couple of months and now would like to sail in the Caribbean. I don't have a lot of expirience on boats although I have a sailing and motorboat license. Any kind of work would be alright for me, I just want to be part of the crew and experience something new.
