Looking for an unforgettable sailing experience
I am a 25 year old guy from Germany. I am looking for an opportunity to go sailing in September this year.
I finished my Mechatronics engineering masters in March and since then I am travelling.
Two years ago I went sailing in the Carribean for two months. This was the first time I used crewbay to find a boat. I really enjoyed sailing and spending time on the water. Therefore, in the few weeks I still have free, I would like to gain more sailing experience and share unique moments.
I am open minded and always try to form my own opinions of new things without letting me influence of other people’s opinions. I love to get to know new cultures and respect their values and way of life.
I have always tried to do small adventures that are very different from my daily life. In High School I was an exchange student to the US for one year. This was my first time getting to know a new place for a long time. I enjoyed learning new things every day and having the opportunity to learn how people live in a different part of the world. I learned that every person gives something to you and that you grow with every new experience.
After High School I stayed in the Austrailian rainforest for a couple of months. I stayed at a self-sufficient property. The way of life was completely different to my life I am used to. We had to grow our own food, hunt for meat and harvest to be able to cook meals. I enjoyed to engage with those simple and basic task of life. Before I continue studying or start into work life, I am looking for an experience that further broadens my horizon. I have often noticed during my daily life that having experienced different lifestyles gives you a different perspective on challenges or joys in life.
Now I am looking for an unforgettable sailing experience with one of you guys!!
