Italian chef with experience, stew/deck & diver
I’m an Italian chef with an endless passion for the sea. Many seasons of experience on sailing boats of various sizes and types, particularly classic luxury yachts. I propose a Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of Eastern flavors. I master Italian cuisine and can bake bread, pizza, focaccia and make fresh pasta. Polite manners, elegant attitude, easy going and friendly company. Hard worker. All papers and maritime certificates up to date. Can work as steward as well as deckhand. Professional diver and freediver. Love water sports, particularly spearfishing and surfing. PLEASE NOTE: in order to guarantee an attentive and truly careful service, I accept to work on boats with a maximum capacity of 12 guests per time.
