Looking for a Mile building, Competent Crew or Friendship position

Decided to use covid disruption wisely so got my Day skipper and will do Coastal Yachtmaster shortly. Have previous sailing and powerboat experience from my youth, and a qualified Flight instructor so have a natural feel for the handling, Nav, and safety. Looking to get stuck in and work up to an Atlantic crossing.
