If you are looking for an experienced professional in your galley, with a positive outlook and a bubbly personality, I would love to introduce myself to you. Over seven years of experience in sailing, living and working in the sea is what I have. Including travel and work in the most beautiful blue water locations in the world: Caribbean, Pacific, Indian Ocean and Mediterranean. I have solid experience as a sole chef/stew on 60-80ft luxury sailing catamarans with usually 8-10 guests onboard. I am well versed in different style cuisines, including Mediterranean, Asian and Mexican. My style of cooking is fresh, healthy, uncomplicated and full of flavor, offering a fest for the eyes. My galley is a clean, well organised, stress-free zone that is welcoming to all. I take pride and pleasure in looking after the boat, guests and crew with a smile and great care.
