I recently completed my USCG OUPV Master/ 100 ton Captains course in Seattle Washington.
I'm interested in finding a position as Delivery Captain, 1 Mate, Navigator, Manager. I am eager to become familiar with onboard operating systems, interfaces and making friends along the way. More miles would be a bonus.
