Sailing Around Britain June 2021

Sailing Around Britain, keeping it simple, fast and efficient.
1500nm tidal 2-3 weeks sailing & anchoring.

Sailing from Solent on 13m steel ketch.
Clockwise or anti-clockwise around, anchorages/ harbours depending on weather prediction before departure.

Depending on weather there will be day sailing, overnight saiing, 36-48 hour sailing. Making use of positive tides, currents and weather windows, avoiding head on gales, torrential rain and cold.

Looking for up to 3 crew, with some sailing experience to equally share watches, helming, hoisting, trimming, navigating, cooking, resting, adventuring inshore and coastal.

Usually I'm working as YMI & Shorebased Instructor. Now just enjoying fast cruising and adventure sailing: learning by doing.

£400pp towards costs
