Looking for Head Chef position
Hi there! I have worked in the food service industry for much of my life, mostly fine dining in positions from prep through line cook and host through managememt. I currently operate a breakfast and lunch food truck while supervising the dinner service in room dining at an Omni resort. Highly intelligent and able to learn new skills with rapidity often unseen by all employers to date. I completed a degree with a major in physics and minor in business administration to which I graduated Cum Laude spring 2020 and was enrolled in PhD program to become a professor. This dream was stifled due to the pandemic, and switched gears and retreated to a life of farming and homesteading in the Virginia mountains for the last 5 years to avoid much of the world's craziness. After parting ways with this life, and my partner last summer I have begun to reimagine my life in the nomadic ways of my past as this truly fulfills me along with being of service whether I am needed most. I am an expert kite boarder, and have taught for 15+ years as well. More interests in the outdoors than time in the day.
