Ship's cook looking for employment.
Greetings,
I'm interested in work as a ship's cook, including relief contracts.
I've got years of experience as a chef/cook on land and I've been cooking on a sail training vessel with up to 47 onboard since last year.
I've got NVQ2s in Food Prep and Cooking and Food and Drink Service, Food Hygiene Level 2, ENG1, STCW and UK Seaman's Discharge Book. Haven't done the Ship's Cook CoC as yet but will consider it if necessary.
I'm currently working 6 weeks on, 6 weeks off but may have longer off periods in the coming months.
Usually Dubai based when I'm off but happy to travel/work anywhere.
