Verifying my email address

Problem detail:
Unable to verify my email address

Solution:
1. Check your inbox for the 'Welcome to Crewbay!' email that we sent you when you registered. Inside this email is a link. Click the link. If your email provider has disabled the link, copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser and press 'Enter' on your keyboard.

2. If you can't see the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder. Your email provider may have thought it was spam. It's not.

3. If you still can't see it, then you may have typed your email address incorrectly when registering. If you're not already logged into Crewbay. Login and click the profile button (top right), click 'Edit profile', click 'My account' from the Account settings section and check your email address is correct.

4. If it isn't correct, amend it and press save. Crewbay will send you another email with a link to verify the amended email address.
