Captain - Permanent - United States

Sail Door County is seeking a full time OUPV/6 pack captain for the coming sailing season in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin. This is a great opportunity to spend the summer sailing and living it up in the Cape Cod of the Midwest!

We run multiple short charters/tours per day. We have three 6pack vessels, including our sporty Cal40 and our beautiful Pearson Rhodes 41' cruiser.

Must be US citizen and hold a USCG license. We are open to hiring someone who can do partial season if not available May-October. Some experience is preferred, but we do offer excellent training for those who are newer to the charter industry.

Liveaboard is an option, the County also offers lots of great long term campsite options for those with a camper or RV. There are also apartments available in Sturgeon Bay, about 30 mins from our dock.

Pay is hourly, and our well-heeled clientele provide generous tips.
