From Maceio to Barbados

I am sailing my boat a BAVARIA 50 from barra do San Miguel Maceio alagoas, to Barbados.
The plan trip is to be leaving Maceio on 5 or 6 of december, to do a stop on NATAL, do al the paperwork and the supplying. Departuring from NATAL 10/12 of december and arriving 13 days after.
I do not need an experienced crew but I do need a crew member who is collaborative, well predisposed and can make a long journey. It is almost essential to have a US visa and if necessary according to the nationality, a Barbados visa.
The costs will be proportional, food, fuel and mooring if necessary, during the period that the crew member is on board. Alcohol and tobacco are allowed, Tabaco only outside the boat avoiding any accidental burns.
