Cruising the Waddenzee/Coast of the Netherlands

I like some company on my boat, sailing alone I don't like. I expect crew to participate in the sailing, some experience a plus.
I expect weekend trips on the waddenzee and/or sailing along the coast of the Netherlands up to say a week. I'm looking for an easy going man/woman to spend a few happy days, "gezellig", on the water. The boat provides the normal luxeries; berth and sleeping gear are available. I expect sharing the costs of food and drinks.

  • Boat descriptionThe boat is a very sturdy strongly build steel sloop of 10.50 m length. She weighs 10 tons and has a draft of 2 m. She has been professional warf build to a design of Robert Clark, a famous ship designer from the 70-thies. I have sailed her to the Caribean and back, and for some years along the coasts of Spain and Portugal, the Azores. She is equiped with the necessary gear to do that: AIS, auto pilot, windvane, HF transmitter digitaly coupled to PC, electronic navigational gear like GPS, log, compass, depth sounder etc. solar panel, tow-generator to charge the batteries. It is not a fast ship but very reliable and with a godd "sea behavior". She sleeps 5 max, but 2-3 is much more comfortable. Life vests, safety lines on deck, trowing lines, life buoy.
