Sail Door County is a sailboat tour operation in beautiful Door County, Wisconsin with four vessels in our fleet. We offer 2 hour charters 4-5 times daily. Check out www.saildoorcounty.com to learn more about our business!

We are seeking a captain with at minimum a 6Pack/OUPV license, although a 25 Ton Master would be ideal to allow you to operate all four vessels including our iconic tall ship the Edith M Becker a 65' Schooner, originally the Appledore III. We also have a 1966 Cal40, a 1963 Pearson Rhodes, and a 1973 TD Vinette Gazelle.

This is a paid position with great tips and great perks. Door County is a unique and beautiful place to spend your summer months sailing on Lake Michigan!
